1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the services made available by MondoPet. By creating an account, the user declares that they have read and accepted these Terms.
2. Registration
Access to certain features requires creating an account and providing complete, correct and up-to-date information. The user is responsible for the accuracy of the information provided.
3. Credentials
The user is responsible for safeguarding their credentials and must take reasonable measures to prevent unauthorised use. Any suspicious access or compromise must be reported promptly.
4. Use of the service
The service must be used in compliance with the law, the rights of third parties and these Terms. Using it for unlawful, fraudulent or abusive activities, or activities aimed at compromising security, is prohibited.
5. User content and links
The user is responsible for the content, web addresses and information entered through their account and must ensure they hold the necessary rights and authorisations. MondoPet may intervene in the event of abuse, breach of law, security risk or breach of the Terms.
6. Service availability
MondoPet takes reasonable measures to ensure the availability, security and continuity of the service. Interruptions may nevertheless occur due to maintenance, updates, technical issues or events beyond reasonable control.
7. Security
The user undertakes not to circumvent security measures, access systems or data without authorisation, interfere with the service or use abusive automated tools.
8. Account suspension or closure
MondoPet may suspend or restrict an account in the cases provided for by the Terms or by law, or when necessary to protect the service and its users. The conditions concerning account deletion, subscriptions, payments, renewals and refunds will be added according to the actual business model.
9. Changes to the Terms
The Terms may be updated. Where necessary, substantial changes will be communicated and a new acceptance may be requested.
